Friendship is one of the best gifts life has to offer. Being a great friend means making an effort to show your friends you care.

Being an enthusiastic listener, spending quality time, sending encouraging cards or gifts; all these can go a long way toward strengthening a friendship. If your friend is going through a tough time, offer support.

If you’re not sure what to do, or if you feel they need more help than you can offer, there are support organizations, mentors, and counselors your friend can get connected with.

Friendship also involves learning how to set and keep healthy boundaries.

It’s okay to ask for alone time, or to not answer calls or texts immediately. You should also let your friend know what you need, when you are hurting, and how they can help if you are going through a difficult time. 

Strong friendship is a two-way street, where there is a healthy give and take between you.

Be real.
Be honest. 
Take an interest in the details of your friend’s life by. being a good listener.
Make time for your friend.
Keep their secrets.
Be loyal to your friend. 

My best friend is more than a best friend, she’s more like a sister. And she feels that same way. We both have each other back, now and forever.

How to stay fit as a teenager?

This is your friend Poushali and I am sharing with you guys how to stay healthy in teenage.

Being a teenager I always wanted to have a good physic . I think everyone dreamt to look fit and aesthetic. But it’s quite obvious that only keeping it in dreams will not work and we have to work hard for it.

Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition,  moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest.

You have to always keep in mind that if you have a tendency of obesity then you have to loose weight and if you are lean then you have to gain weight.

First I am coming into loosing weight-

If you are suffering from obesity then first thing you have to do is you have to cut calories from everyday meals.

  • Avoid junk food strictly
  • Regular exercises
  • Do more cardio

You have to take challanges and be limitless. Motivate yourself to work hard.

Now I come up on gaining weight-

If you are lean then you should focus on gaining weight. You can do it by –

  • Eat good fats( cheese, dark chocolate, fatty fish)
  • Focus on strength based exercise (weight lifting,crunches, sit-ups, pull ups)
  • You can do calisthanics to tone your body

At last I want to conclude that any person having any body type it doesn’t mean he or she cannot become a successful person in life. Weight doesn’t matter to get success. It’s there own choice how would they live their life we should not abuse anyone for their body type
